Autopsy Results Released — November 18, 2022

The autopsies were conducted on November 17, and the results were released publicly the following day. The Latah County Coroner determined that all four deaths were homicides by stabbing. The victims were likely asleep when they were attacked, although some had defensive wounds. Each victim had been stabbed multiple times, and there was no indication of sexual assault
